The Fault in Our Stars

Hazel’s life is turned upside down when a handsome stranger walks into her cancer support group.

Okay, so there is going to be a tiny bit of review here, then a letter to the author. NOTE: It will contain major spoilers.

This was an amazing book. John Green certainly deserves all the hype he’s getting over this book. It’s the perfect mixture of comic, tragic, and poignant, filled with insights on life that you won’t find in any other young adult romance.

So. There’s the review. Now for the angry letter.

Dear John Green,

Damn it. Damn it damn it damn it damnitdamnitdamnitdamnitdamnit. Damn you. Damn you and your killing off of Augustus Waters! Augustus Waters is the most perfect fictional boy I have had the pleasure to meet since Holden Caulfield. I loved Holden. But I loved Augustus more.

So. Screw you for making him die, basically. My apologies for not giving you more actual, critical and artistic feedback.
