In My Mailbox 10/12/13

In My Mailbox is a meme created by The Story Siren.

OH. MY. GOD. I seriously can’t believe I got all these books. I’ve never been accepted by these publishers from Edelweiss before, and there’s just so much good stuff. It’s even better because I got a bunch of emails this week telling me I’d been rejected from the title, but upon looking into my available downloads on Edelweiss, found them all there anyway! If this is a fluke of some kind, it is the most beautiful fluke of them all. I’ve had these books for day’s but I’m still so excited about them I can’t even.

From Edelweiss:

Dear Killer – Katherine Ewell
The Promise of Amazing – Robin Constantine
Cruel Beauty – Rosamund Hodge
Warrior – Ellen Oh (I still need to read Prophecy…)
The Lure – Lynne Ewing
Fake I. D. – Lamar Giles
Elusion – Claudia Gabel and Cheryl Klam
House of Ivy and Sorrow – Natalie Whipple
Sea of Shadows – Kelley Armstrong
Salvage – Alexandra Duncan
Hung Up – Kristen Tracy
Perfect Lies – Kiersten White (I still need to read Mind Games…)
Afterparty – Ann Redisch Stampler
Maybe One Day – Melissa Kantor
Into the Still Blue – Veronica Rossi (Just started Under the Never Sky, will need to read Through The Ever Night before I get to this one)
Ask Again Later – Liz Czukas
No One Else Can Have You – Kathleen Hale
All That Glows – Ryan Graudin
Fugitive X – Gregg Rosemblum (requested as motivation to read the first book, Revolution 19)
Avalon – Mindee Arnett
Her Dark Curiosity – Megan Shepherd
Uninvited – Sophie Jordan
Faking Normal – Courtney C. Stevens
Panic – Lauren Oliver!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, and I got some cool stuff from NetGalley, which I get acceptances from much more often than Edelweiss:

17679545-1108387871723380017347389 14289306

From NetGalley:
Crystal Fire – Jordan Dane – this is another sequel in a series I haven’t started yet, but unlike most of the ones above (including The Dream Thieves and Infinityglass), I didn’t know that when I put in the request. Not sure if I’ll be reading this one or not.
Pawn – Aimee Carter
Crash Into You – Katie McGarry – I’ve had the ARCs for Pushing the Limits and Dare You To on my Kindle longer than I care to admit, but I’m just not sure about them.
The Dream Thieves – Maggie Stiefvater – I’m going to read Raven Boys soon, I swear!
Infinityglass – Myra McEntire – This one too! Dear God, I have a problem…

More books for my LGBT in YA paper:

The Difference Between You and Me – Madeleine George
Almost Perfect – Brian Katcher

  1. I’m excited that Afterparty is part of your cache of such great ARC’s! As a writer, I’m nothing but happy when bloggers are approved for advance copies, and I hope you enjoy!
